How patient data is handled
This is the short version for a doctor or a hospital owner. The published legal text is the Privacy Policy. If the two ever differ, the policy is the one that applies.
The chart belongs to that hospital
A hospital on Phiawell has its own deployment. Patients stay in that deployment. Staff see the chart for the hospital they work in. Another hospital does not receive that chart.
What the WhatsApp agent will and will not do
The agent books a token or a visit, reports the wait, shares a report the hospital already holds, and can start a care protocol a clinician has set. It does not diagnose, and it does not change a dose. Chest pain, fainting, severe breathlessness or heavy bleeding is for emergency care. Those words stop the automation and alert your staff.
A summary or a prescription draft waits for the clinician to approve it.
What this website collects
Phiawell LLP is the data controller for this website. A demo form sends the name, organisation, phone, role, city and note you type, so we can answer. You can ask for that to be deleted from the data deletion page, or by email to contact@phiawell.com.
How it is kept
Information you provide is kept on computer servers in a controlled environment, with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed. The full wording is in the privacy policy.
